About Me

I am excited to announce my candidacy for the DDSB Trustee position – Whitby town.

With Whitby’s increasing diversity, I want to be the new, diverse, and strong voice at DDSB.

My spouse and I are parents to beautiful twin daughters. We have called Whitby our home for the last 4 years. I hold an Engineering degree & MBA degree in International Business (New Zealand) and currently employed in the IT industry.

I am an experienced professional with exceptional problem-solving skills. I am deeply involved in various community activities in Whitby.

My focus will be on delivering better education services to the children at DDSB. As a parent I have first-hand experience in dealing with issues prevailing in our school system.

Online learning has brought about a disconnect within some sections of our society. A lot of kids have been impacted by the disruption in their regular learning cycle.

With so many uncertainties, students have a long road ahead in terms of recovery. As part of my platform agenda, I want to help ensure that this gap is bridged.

Hoping to see you all vote for a change and help add a voice with new thoughts and ideas to DDSB.
